Tell us what to build, or what to fix.

Write to Ribin Ding with a product to build, a system to keep running, or something that has stopped working.

What to include

  • What the product should do, and who will use it.
  • The current stage: an idea, a system in production, or a failure.
  • Constraints that matter: deadline, budget range, platforms, compliance.
  • How you would like to work with us: a project, a long-term partnership, or a support contract.

What happens next

We read every enquiry ourselves and answer honestly, including when we are not the right fit. For work we can help with, the next step is a short conversation and then a written scope.

Where are you now?

Three situations, three different first steps. Choose the one that fits and the page answers for it.

What happens first, and what we would need from you.

First step. We write down what the product has to do and who will use it, then give you a scope, a delivery plan and a price or a rate.

From you. A description of the problem, who it is for, and any deadline you are already working to.

Send this as an email

First step. We read the code and the infrastructure before proposing anything, and tell you which parts we would keep, change or leave alone.

From you. Repository or system access, the constraints you work under, and what is already planned.

Send this as an email

First step. We start with the failure: what changed, what the logs say, and what is still running. Then we tell you what we would do first.

From you. The symptom and when it started, plus access to the environment if the system is yours to open.
